Remember when we had almost no monsters in the fields right at release and all those R1-10 players ran to the first orange circle that appears on the map in order to claim it.
Good times..

Do you remember when logging outside of Ul'dah and running into that Sand Pieste?
Or farming wind shards southeast of Limsa in La Noscea, pushing sheep through fences or off cliffs until Gobbue threw a massive rock at your head for 3900+ damage?
Yes! Running around the corner and *SMACK* one-shotted by that bastard. >.<
Do you remember when durability was so bad, everyone crafted in their underwear? And made sure they took off all their jewelry because the NPC didn't repair it.
Do you remember when underwear took durability, but couldn't be repaired because you couldn't remove it (unless you kept a spare set). So you ran around with the broken gear debuff all the time.

when everyone used to afk on the steps at the inside gate of uldah with their bazaars up and you'd have to check them 1 at a time for an item usually resulting in buying gear that was no were near suited for you.
When you had to type in one-word sentence fragments when crafting because you would lose everything you typed if you didn't.

Remember when you couldn't target anything including treasure chests and players?
Remember when you open your menu every time you were by a door to open it?
Remember when you died and didn't know what to do because you didn't get a system message or a return on your screen?
Remember when you could see how many people were online in each area?
Remember when Market Wards had no search feature and you had to search all of them manually for hours to have a chance at finding something resembling what you wanted? And even then you had to go through several menus and to see each retainers wares?
Remember when aetherytes were suppose to be gathering locations for people to meet and quest together?
Remember when death had no consequences what so ever... ?
Remember when you got the best SP by failing and doing the same leves every reset?
Remember when we didn't have CTRL+R to reply back to long names?
Remember when you had to compete with many other players for every little squirrel and critter in the beginning levels? And how you needed so much more SP to lvl
Remember when you stopped gaining SP if you played too much... ?
Remember when we had nothing else to do but leves and grinding. No side quests, Task Boards, Dungeons, NM's or faction NM's?
Remember how we were suppose to pay for this game after November 2010?
Remember when the game could crash in the middle of a synthesis or if you joined a group?
Oh yea and remember when it was possible to crash the entire server by putting an item in your bazaar?
Yep, I do... I found it! here it is:
"A rare issue wherein an item data would get corrupted during a server outage has been addressed.
* We have confirmed that if a player attempts to put this corrupted item into their bazaar, it would cause the server to go down. We are currently in the process of addressing this issue, but until then, we have temporarily restricted the bazaar function for players with these corrupted items. We will be providing an update on this situation once we have a better idea on when the the actual fix will take place. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
