anyone else not been charged for HW yet?

Anyone who ordered through the Square-Enix Online Store and still has not been charged I urge you to contact their customer support on the status of the order. I had an issue like this and when I contacted them they told me my order had been canceled. I had no explanation and didnt know anything happened until I contacted them.

I had to purchase it again and then was charged immediately. If you entered the preorder code from the other copy then you dont need to enter the new one, just make sure you register the full version with the proper code you get from the new order.

Hope this makes sense.

PS: OP, if this works for you it might be nice to quote me in your OP so others can see this answer as it might help them too. Just so it doesn't get lost in the sea of comments.

What tipped me off was when i looked at my account details and checked my order history it was empty. Apparently it was because when I preordered I selected PayPal and it was a pending order since they werent charging right away. Paypal only holds a pending order for a month then it rejects it or something. Just a few things about my experience and if any part of it can help someone else, it will make me happy.

I've been billed, but EA is in a week and I still don't know when my Physical CE will ship. Really hoping I'll be able to install off the disc before EA, otherwise I'll be spending three solid days downloading with my crappy connection like I did for ARR.

You likely won't be installing anything via disc. The expansion is being patched via the launcher next week to everyone, regardless of whether they buy the expansion or not as everyone needs the files. It's unlikely many people will receive physical deliveries before that patch.

I'm sure they are doing rolling charges and e-mails are going on throughout the day for NA digital orders. I have yet to get an e-mail about the charges starting, but I have the pre-order code applied to mogstation already.
I ordered mine back in april using a credit card for the digital CE, and checked the SE store and still shows my order. I'll edit post if/when I get e-mail about the date of charge.

Edit: And within 10mins of this post I did get the e-mail saying charges will begin on June 18th.

So I never looked into it much, but I ordered the NA Digital CE for PC and I also just got the notice that funds will be debited on June 18th :3 I'm paying with a credit card so I'm not worried about anything cancelling on me.

It's been so long, I can't remember if I did the 1.0 CE install off the disc or not. I feel like I did, though...

I just received my email an hour ago from SE stating that they will charge me on June 18th for my HW digital edition and to make sure I have the funds available. So as long as you have the email you should be okay. I think they are mainly charging physical copies now since they have to ship the product and need to have received your money first in order for it to arrive at your home in time for early access.

I bought the expansion back in March, and I received the codes. The codes have since been registered so my mogstation account already registers Heavensward/Early Access. I even received an email last week letting me know my codes have been activated. Thing is when I bought it, I had the money on my debit card at the time. Thought I would be charged right away, but never was. Then I got the email today about being charged on June 18th. But some problems have come up since I ordered it. So there won't be any money on that card until next Friday, the 19th. Will they just not let me log on since the codes are already registered. Not sure how they can cancel when the codes are already used.
