    As long as you have your pre-order codes, I wouldn't worry about being charged yet for digital editions. You'll likely just get charged on the absolute day, since you're going to have downloaded the client and content by the 19th anyway. They aren't shipping anything to you so there's no need to charge you in advance in order to make sure it reaches you on time.

    I've been charged for both my digital CE copy and my physical CE copy already(ordered both for me and my mate). I guess they are charging for physical copies first since they are currently starting to ship them and since my digital copy was on the same bill, I was charged for it too.

    Can't say for sure if others were charged or not the same way I was.
