Not sure if this is the right place. Been gone a long time. I saw someone in stealth mode. Which class can do that?

Also all the DoL can go invisible. They're the original ninjas.

Limsa Lominsa, there's a quest that unlocks the Rogue's Guild just shortly after you hit level 10. It's a trader near the main Aetheryte that gives the quest to unlock the guild.

Yea, this is correct.
You had to have completed a level 10 class quest (any) to be able to unlock Rogue. I think that's the only requirement.

The wiki says

Quest: Speak to Lonwoerd in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (x8,y16) to obtain the quest "So You Want to Be a Rogue."

Just referencing cause I don't remember the coordinates or quest name.
