602 is perfect. My warrior can't even reach 550 STR lol. Higher the better!
Turns out I could have just eaten raptor stew to get the 8 det so I can equip both an i130 and an i120 ironworks ring, also found someone willing to sit here for 15 minutes and give me strength party buff, this is about as high as it's gonna get unless I fantasia to highlander.
Job: Warrior
WD: 51
AA_DMG: 57.12
Strength: 632
Action Minimum Damage: 267
Action Maximum Damage: 296
AA Minimum Damage: 200
AA Maximum Damage: 221
Yup. Which is why I set it as 51 WD, aka i110 Sold Weapons. The maximum Determination on all of those weapons is 22, so it's easy for me to get an equal Determination value. On top of this, a Bards i130 IW bow has 51 WD, which allows me to make comparisons between all Physical Jobs.
Unfortunately, this bow has 3 more DET than the Sold Weapons... So I'll have to run a separate test later vs a Dragoon and Ninja, as the Bards damage value sits in between these two.
I don't know how I should do it for DoMs though...
Still going with the total awesomeness of the Naked-no stat points allocated base Damage Graph: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...C2JdLCxibKYMEU
If job-coefficients would exist, this graph shouldn't exist.
I don't believe there are Job coefficients, it doesn't fit my data either. However, there has to be an explanation why jobs hit for varying damage values at an equal baseline; this difference is more observable at higher Strength, yet damage values begin to overlap the closer I get to base strength... I assume this will be the case when I next do a test against WD.
EDIT:
For reference, as I have the most datapoints so far with a Dragoon and Ninja, here's how they both compare at 51 WD, 224 DET, varying STR:
Dragoon Expected = My Dragoon damage Model, very close to my parsed damage. So I'm positive my model for damage somewhat "correct".
This is what I mean. The damage at far end, 577 str for both, has a difference of 2 damage on the baseline at 100 potency adjusted. But at 310 Strength, there's a difference of 0.6667 at 100 potency adjusted.
What you're seeing is most probably all jobs dealing varying damage between 0.1-0.4 damage as you're working with such low damage values, but you're susceptible to rounding errors, so your parsed data just stacks all jobs together in the same damage bracket giving you a graph similar to what you have.
Once I've got Paladin and Warrior done and plotted them on that same graph to draw some comparisons, I'm gunna work with WD and see if I get a similar graph.
Personally, I think all jobs scale Weapon Damage differently. My current theory is all stats listed on the Character Panel page mechanically works and scales similarly between all jobs. Critical Hit Rating, Parry, Skill/Spellspeed, Vitality, the formula is the same for all jobs. The only outlying factor then is Weapon Damage which isn't listed and a base damage value which I labelled as value "C" in my model.
(WD*A+1)*(STR*B+C)*(DET*D+1)
EDIT 2:
This is what it looks like now with Paladin and Warrior data plotted on the same graph. Again, exact same stats:
