    Order cancelled

    Hello

    My preorder cancelled after few days SE trying to billing me, had no enough fund tho.

    But now I have, and I would like it to be active again, I try to pre-order new one but I error comes, I guess I need to wait 24 hours.

    will there be any downside if I order new ?
