Unable to Redeem Pre-Order Code?

I pre-ordered mine from SE Australia and have received the code, however when entering into Mogstation, I tried entering at "Enter Item Code" and said it's been used. I do however have "FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access Windows(R)" and I have "FFXIV: Heavensward - Pre-order Bonus Items" listed in "View additional items". Does that mean the code is entered successfully?

like i said , it states to me windows ps4 to my account but when i bought the windows version for the early access it stated that its invalid , then the support said i should add a steam early access code not windows , it worked i reall y dont run the game through the steam application , dont know what hectic thing happened there
