Unable to Redeem Pre-Order Code?

My code is in xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx format. I got my email just a bit ago about it being active, but when I attempt to redeem it I get an error saying it's invalid.

I did see the other post about the EU PSN issue, however I pre-ordered for PC(NA) so the info posted there doesn't really help much..

Not sure what to do here.

Same issue for me too I think, I keep getting: "The code's region is inapplicable. You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account." After I enter the code in the format mentioned above!

Make sure your selecting the enter "Pre-order/early access button" (the one next to "Recruit a Freind" I think - was for me) NOT the "Enter Item Code"

if the code is invalid u should conttact support , give them the order number ,order email, and order name , they ll escalate it for refund

then u go buy the steam version , get the early access code , then redeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeem , thats for eu version if u bought the digital download for windows

if you never bought 2.0 xiv realm reborn , and only u ve download it through a free give away , then :
1-make a steam account
2-download steam application for your pc
3-pruschace arr +heavensward preorder
4-go to the applicaton then to library> games>finalfantasy>heavensward>CD key

u ll find there your product registration for Arr+heavenswaord+preorder early access code

5-copy the early access code
6-go to mog station
7-go to my account then click on enter early access code
8-enter the code that you copied from your steam application for heavensward
9-tata code redeemed


you can play it on the launcher that u installed for windows or the one in the steam library
this process only for getting your code

I had the same issue but I resolved it. It appears that whoever coded the front end for the validation site didn't bother to test their javascript code in anything other than Internet Explorer.

Validation failed for me in both Firefox and Chrome. It works perfectly fine in IE v11.0.9600.17801

I realized when i bought Heavensward on Steam that i never actually registered my ARR Steam version on the Mog Station either, where do i go to register that? i can only find the prepurchase link, and the HW pre purchase code isnt working, probably since i dont have ARR from Steam registered yet...any help would be appreciated.

do you run your current game on a steam app or just a launcher separate from the steam system ?
