Full Progression Raiding on a lighter schedule. Looking for healers.

Our core group has been playing and raiding together for a few years now in multiple gaming genres and need to replace two members no longer with us. We are a super tightknit group of ex-hardcore/top world guild players that no longer have the time for 20+ hour raid weeks.
Our group is looking to fill out our core with people that have the ability to push their characters to max potential and can give/take constructive criticism well. Since we are only raiding less than 10 hours per week, we need people whom are ready to get stuff done in that time. We enjoy having a good time and killing pixels together, and most of us hang out in real life from time to time. We are in current need of two solid healers, most likely someone planning to play astro and a WHM. Exceptional scholars feel free to inquire as well. We may also switch our caster dps to Astro which would open a spot for a solid BLM or SMN.
