Perhaps there could be potions to reverse the signs of aging? This way people could get to a specific age or look they like and maintain it.

Alternatively, maybe leave things like they are, and add potions that make you age. (if you want)

From a design standpoint, this option is a lot easier.

That'd negate the point of people that had been playing the longest looking the oldest.
