Glad you got it figured out! Honestly I think it should be account based, not client based for your game purchase. Not sure why they went the route they did but this is the hand we have been dealt. I really believe there should be some indication on the Heavensward page that Steam purchasers should only purchase from Steam. It's a bit misleading.
