So I ordered the game from SE website, got the code, it is in this format:

xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Go to https://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/en/redeem to redeem the pre-order, only to find input is:
xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx

Added my code and took out spaces to make it fit, INVALID CODE.


So now stumped on how to redeem my EA code.

Odd how some people can redeem, but my mail states:

This code will not be active until closer to the launch of the Early Access period, starting 19th June 2015. We will email you again soon when your code can be redeemed.
