I'm try to get all the class to lvl 15, so I can get one class to the job class. Is there any tips to get there faster.
Also for my first healing class I was think of Scholar to get into healing and warrior for tanking. I that a good idea.

Eat food, do levequests and guildhests, as well as hunting log. Do fates your level. Complete the challenge log. It'll go by very quickly. Have heat of battle active from your free company. For every class you are leveling that is lower than another, you get a plus 50%exp bonus.
Also try to log out in a 'sanctuary' (that is, one of the three main cities, or a town or hamlet with an aetheryte) - each second you're in that area you will receive a 'rested exp bonus' that increases the amount of exp you gain in battle (when you have rested exp built up it will turn the xp bar from red to blue and gradually decrease as you use it up, but you can increase the length of the buff by staying in a sanctuary as much as possible (hence logging out in a sanctuary will eventually make the rested exp bonus add up).
I find that doing the hunting log and class quests is usually plenty to get me to 15. Perhaps the last couple of levels might need a few Aleport fates, but it should be quick. Stock up on boiled eggs and keep eating them.
Problem with Scholar is it's one of the job choices Arcanist has... so you wouldn't get the real healer experience in dungeons until level 30. If just going to 15 for now, try conjurer.
Both healing jobs require the other one's class as their secondary class, and both use Thaumaturge for additional cross-class skills, so anyone who plans on healing is going to end up doing all three DoM classes, regardless of which healing job they plan to eventually focus on. But yes, conjurer does get into healing sooner, and it's good to get a bit used to healing in the low-level dungeons before trying it in some of the mid-level dungeons.
