With behast you are not limited by the choice you make, and there are plenty of behasts to do. Here you have ONE you can do, only one and you can only spam that one with fewer chances than behast.

This is an absolute retarded game design, after all the disappointment I am shocked its not being changed, do the devs seriously think it will work?

Even behest was very competitive for a very long time, so dont say it will die down because if its worthwhile, which in this case it is, then it wont die down very soon. Good thing about behast is people got locked out, if you failed you could join another at another location or you could get the reward elsewhere. Cant really do that here.
