Zodiac Weapons, or at the least a relic weapon. Since you are nerfing the questline in 3.0 for glamour anyway I think it would be cool to have the lore related weapon associated with that job.

Maybe the zodiac braves didn't have greatswords, star globes and, well, machinery. There will be plenty of lore for the jobs anyway. Guess they thought it didn't make much sense to add more multi-stage lv50 quests when endgame is lv60 now.
I'd guess they'd do what happened with 2.0; They made AF armor obtainable by an easy series of quests. I can see the Relic going that way, at least an i110 or so version of it. At least that's what I'd like to see.
As far as the new jobs, yeah, they didn't have anything to begin with so I'd imagine they will leap frog it for the 3.0 version.

New Jobs will not be getting Zodiac weapons because, they are starting a new type of weapon. People with Zodiac weapons complete will have the advantage, but the new jobs will get the new type of weapon what ever it may be.
Please devs, don't do this.
I want a game who looks toward the future, not the past. What is the point to have relic/zodiac weapons (which are gonna be useless) for the new jobs, when all the jobs will have a new relic for 3.1...

Wasted development time. New content please.
You've got i130 ironworks weapons and three months of content to burn through without having to worry about going back for all the BS Zodiak stuff. Trust me, in the long run, not giving them Relics and Zodiak weapons is the right call. Besides, in September/October when we get 3.1, you'll have a new Relic type weapon to grind your arse off for anyways.
Also by the time you hit 56+ the Zodiak weapon is going to be outclassed anyways (possibly even by the first Ravana fight [should that version drop weapons]).
Except Ifrit, Garuda and Titan, none of them are required for MSQ.
