Downloading HW.....

I sure would appreciate it if a Dev or mod could reply to this and let us know when we are going to be able to download the expansion. We will have two dl's to do for the pc and ps4 and our dl speed isn't the speediest and we will have to do one at a time.

So me and my wife are going to have to wrestle to see who downloads it first....

Of course you can download two at the same time XD. That is if you both have your own accounts, assuming you do. You should be perfectly fine if one is on pc/laptops and the other on PS4. As for when you can download it?...i'm going to go out on a limb here and say..12 hours into the maintenance?, don't quote me on that though.

I am on Australian internet connection so I know about shite internet speeds, it is done when it is done.

Depending on your conn's it shouldn't even bog down both downloads. SEs download servers seems to be slower then most everyone's connection. IDK why.

It's a valid concern... I recommend doing the PC version first if you're worried about running both at the same time and bogging the whole process down. Generally speaking, when the ex and I downloaded FFXI at the same time, the PC always finished first but we definitely noticed that it took longer for both than if we had both just done one at a time. Unless your PC is a real junker that barely runs the game, it should finish much faster than a PS4 would or could.

I would bet money we won't be able to download hw till the maintenence is going. Unless your Internet is complete garbage 24 hours should be plenty of time to get it downloaded.
