I can confirm that you do not get a pre order code right away from Amazon. While in the past people were able to do things like that you no longer can. I pre ordered from Amazon months ago and I never got a code. Finally I found out that they are not giving their codes out until the 19th. in germany you get the code 5 minutes after the pre order from amazon.de~
