Thread: Heavensward Preorder on PSN (EU) - MIA!

I have not heard anything from SE about this or PlayStation themselves and there does not seem to much discussion about it anywhere I can find.

What I want to know why has EU not been able to preorder Heavensward through PSN yet NA can. The update for the store (Every Wednesday around 2pm) has come and gone and even an official update on the blog fails to mention it (The NA blog entry included info that NA users can preorder it). Will it be available during the week or do we have to wait 1 or 2 weeks or even have to wait until release. Communication with the customer is non existent and appalling.

Maybe I am looking in the wrong places, maybe it is available for the EU. I will gladly eat humble pie at this point, I crave to be proven wrong in this instance.

Hopefully we will have some news soon but they are pretty tight lipped when it comes to communicating this sort of thing.

We can't anymore for the time being. The pre-orders are severely messed up for the time being because anyone who used to PS3->PS4 free upgrade campaign is not showing on Sony side that we own the PS4 version of ARR. Therefore, it won't let any of us buy the game.

The only people who were able to pre-order the game, are people who initially bought ARR for PS4, whether it was hard copy or digital. They have since taken the game down completely for everyone. I don't think many people were actually able to pre-order it before it went down.

And all of this happened yesterday, so since EU store doesn't update until Wednesday it's possible they didn't put it up at all for y'all.

Check in the Coming Soon section of your sidebar, you should see HW there but unavailable for PS4. It's like that for everyone I've talked to so far.

That is the frustrating thing, I would be more understanding/patient if they actually said something about it (NA being available and EU not.

Now that digital pre-orders of the PS3 and PS4 versions of Heavensward are available on the North American PlayStation Store we’d like to give you an update on the situation for pre-orders in Europe.

We are happy to confirm that the digital versions of Heavensward for PS3/PS4 will be available to purchase on the European PlayStation Store from Friday 19th June!

By purchasing either the standard or collector’s editions of Heavensward for PS3/PS4 between 19th to 23rd June, you will be able to play Heavensward content throughout the early access period, as well as receive the pre-order bonus items.

We’ll follow up with further details at a later late, but rest assured that those who wish to order the digital PS3/PS4 versions on the European PlayStation Store, and obtain the pre-order bonuses, will be able to do so!

thats down to the wire any updates on for people who transfer to ps4 during the free upgrade?

Friday 19th is the first day of the early access, it's gonna be a mess.
