Bonus exp at max level?

Hey guys I was wondering if to get the armory bonus exp will we have to bring a character to 60 to get that extra 50% again?

Don't worry 50% exp works if a class/Job is not at the same level as your highest level class/job.

For example,

If you have a lvl 32 Paladin then all classes/jobs DoM or DoW not lvl 32 will be given the 50% exp bonus.

Yup, as above.

Your highest job will always be the slowest to level. All below that level will get the bonus regardless of what that highest level is.
