Not allowed to play at all until 6/24?!

So I just purchased the bundle pack to get away from my steam license (horrible decision getting the game through there).
And apparently, the base game is locked out until the expansion is released.
WTF?!
Why am I not allowed to activate anything for the game until the expansion comes out?

Oh I don't know...it couldn't possibly be because NOBODY else can play on a client that has Heavensward content in it until at least the 19th, could it??? Not to mention you bought the wrong one. Not to mention you skipped reading the fine as well as the big print...

Most likely i guess. Either that or it could be a multi-disc since everything rounds up to roughly 30gb. We won't know till it is launched.

PSN wont even allow you to pre-order the bundle at all its not available for purchase or pre--order till the 23rd. You have to buy the expansion as an add on to ARR for 39.99. AT least on PS3 store not sure about PS4.

Go to gamestop and put $5 on Heavensward and get an early access code on the receipt then just cancel the preorder. Problem solved!
