Bonus Codes Still "Pending" (On PS4)

With Heavensward less than ten days away, me and other friends on PS4 are getting a bit worried that our bonus codes, which were scheduled to be given out around May 15th, is still pending.

Is anybody else experiencing this and has there been any word on the matter? My main reason for pre-ordering Heavensward was for early access and I can only hope to be able to experience Heavensward on June 19th. Thanks.

There are a few threads complaining about this. But yes. The PS4 Codes for NA are still pending... It is worrisome.

Unfortunately lots of ps4/3 users who pre-ordered have yet to receive our codes i'm really hoping they Won't wait till the last minute to send them >_<

As I've said in the other threads on this subject, (people please start looking at the recent threads before posting please), I don't really feel there is a reason to worry until after the start of next week. While it is cutting it a bit close, I'd rather only have a few days before EA than have to worry about a major issue like they had with the release of the EU codes for PSN. Have a little patience please. If they can't get things sorted out before release, people complaining about it won't be able to rush it any quicker. In other words, there is nothing we can do but wait, and complain after the matter if they don't come through. If they don't come through, then I'm sure they'll do something to compensate us in some way. They've been good about doing so in the past......

Besides the fact that we have been waiting since mid May, where are we complaining (in this thread specifically)? All I did was ask if there was any word on a matter us subscribers have every right to be concerned about. Even you say in your post it is cutting a bit close, then add "Have a little patience please". When are we supposed to reach out for information about this, especially considering we have been patient since mid-may? It's posts like yours that deter people from being active in forums and one of the main reasons I prefer reading the forum to posting on it. But this is a matter very important to me. Thank you for your response.

I'm not talking about you specifically complaining. I'm saying that there is a new thread about this every day, and about half of them are complaining. My post wasn't direct to you personally, just the people in general who panic if something isn't delivered when it's supposed to be. I agree that we could use an update at least as to why we haven't received the codes yet, but asking repeatedly won't get them to update us any quicker on the matter.....

Err... if something is not delivered when it's supposed to... you should panic... and complain, specially if it's something you paid for.

It is very unsettling going to check for your code and all you get is a "Pending", when other people already got theirs.

The schedule to redeem a code was May 15, not to receive your ps4 code. That schedule was up in the air until they email you. The May 15 date applies to all codes being redeemable if you have one. Some versions had theirs and were able to redeem on the 15th. Nowhere does it say they were gowing to be given out on that day.

I preordered back in March and I have ye t to get my code. I'm extremely worried since if codes aren't redeem by a certain time we won't get our early access. It's less then 10 days away this is cutting it way too close.
