Ps4 haven't gotten a early access code

Hello, I pre ordered heavensward for ps4 off of the PlayStation network about a month ago, but have not gotten an email for my early access code yet. Are they still sending them out? Do I need a code for ps4 or does it automatically sync to my account? Thanks.

digital PS4 version don't need a code because the PSN account is linked to the SE account.
Just start the client, log in and the patch should start.

If it hasn't begun downloading yet:

Go to the PSN store
Navigate to your Library
Select FFXIV
Navigate to Add-On's
Select the download arrow. It should inform you if it begins downloading or has already been downloaded.

After this file installs (or has been installed), start the launcher to download the patch (if you haven't already).

They informed us that PSN is handling all of the codes thusfar for digital downloads. So we won't get separate ones to input.
