This is a DPS simulator. WAR and PLD data wasn't asked for in the OP. No serious DPS is going to be level 50 without all 30 points put into their primary stat, so it might as well be base.

Planning ahead... if with bigger Potency and damage values we get the actual formula, and not a model, and we learn for example that Base STR and STR past base value behave differently, then it's safer to use the actualy base.
