did i mess up my pre-order CE?

when i went to go redeem my code from steam for heavensward, i wasn't sure is i had to redeem the CE one or the pre order one so i went with pre order but now i dont know how to redeem the CE, when i tried to upgrade it dose not ask for a code what do i do?

he already said he entered the preorder code. only one he was wondering about was where to put was CE code and if u read text i posted from site u cant add actual code til 19th
