Heavensward pre order payment problem

A few things to note (we had a thread about this in General Discussion a few days ago): Use the Chat Support option in Square Enix's support center. It'll get you help immediately, instead of you waiting for an email for days. Second, if your card has been replaced since making the pre-order you need to use the chat support to tell SE to manually change the payment method on your order - just putting a new card on your SE Store profile and making it the default won't be enough for orders that have already been placed.

I myself got my card skimmed while in the US a few months back and had to do exactly this yesterday because they tried to charge my old card, which is closed. It could be more difficult to change from one typ of payment to another though, as apparently one user couldn't switch from a debit card to using PayPal, even if he asked the chat support.

Same issue here. Paypal with Visa card (Postepay) linked, enough money on the card and set as secondary payment option. I even tried to register the card itself on the SE Store but it tells me to renew Verified by Visa (did that yesterday) and won't let me use it. It's the same card used for my monthly fee as well. Hoping tomorrow works...
