Heavensward pre order payment problem

Hi all!
Was wandering if someone have had the same problem. In this days, SE is taking the money due for Heavensward; however, A LOT of people i know, all from the same country, is having some trouble: we all have more then enough money on the card, but still SE tells us that there is not enough fund on the card itself when they try to take them.

Any hint on what to do?

Same here, my credit/debit/whatever card (which is the same I use to pay for my sub without any issue) has enough funds on it but the payment didn't go through.

If it helps, I tried to pay directly with the card (without going through PayPal) and failed -__-

Since the mail said they would try and charge us again tomorrow, I'm waiting before contacting the EU store support.

Same here. I'm from Italy, and I used my debit card (Visa Electron). Although I have more than enough money on my card, this morning an email arrived telling me they were not able to process the payment, and they would try again tomorrow.

I also opened a ticket with the EU store support, just to be sure

I hope for the best!

Hi, I have the same problem. SE were not able to process the payment for my preorder. I used PayPal.

Hi!i have the same issue got a mail this morning say the same thing, but i have the money on my card (visa electron) and im from Italy.
Even if mail say they will try again tonorrow i send one to customer service becouse i was 100% sure was not a problem whit my card,i was right since im not the only one.Please SE do something about it.

Same here!I'm also from Italy,more then enough money and still I received the mail that says the transaction failed and they will try again tomorrow.....
What are we supposed to do?I read from people who lost their order and had to do it again and since I ordered the physical collector edition I wouldn't want that to happen to me too

Visa card (PostePay) and Italy are the common factor.

Seem paypal have same issue..and still no reply from SE customer service..

If you used paypal go to your profile and then on Authorized Payment (pagamenti autorizzati) find the square bill and click on it.

In the page that opens up go at the bottom and enter your postepay/credit card as alternative payment method.
