    I STILL can not purchase Heavensward on Psn

    So, I know that a lot of people are reporting that this was fixed, but it still does not allow me to preorder HW on Psn. I was also part of the transfer, so why can I still not preorder this?

    I just got this fixed. My fix was go to the final fantasy 14 in psn. And there should be a download demo option. Choose it, and then it should tell you that ff14 is already installed. Then go and check heavenward and you should be OK. That's what my chat with SE support had me do. I did the upgrade from ps3 to ps4 assuming you did as well.
