Last reset before Heavensward?

Since the patch note reading is on reset day next week, does this mean that the game will be on maintenance and that this is actually our last reset before Heavensward?

I think resets will continue on schedule as normal...early release will just let you play new content also.

Reset next Tuesday as normal, "patch note reading" will not be the full and complete patch notes, it will be highlights of the preliminary patch notes, which we get a few days before major patches.

I kind of doubt they are worried that early release of patch notes will disrupt the markets and in-game economy, when you consider that the markets will be in complete chaos for the next few months regardless. The only thing I can think of that would influence player behavior before early access is whether or not we can spam level 45 crafting levequests as soon as 3.0 hits. You might see mats for those jump if they confirm it will work. Anything else in expansion will likely require new mats we can't grab yet.

Preliminary notes never show new recipes and avoid hinting at what current items will be in demand (except that one time they screwed up bad).

You'll be able to spam the level 45 levequests as soon as early access hits, and doing 116 of them you could probably hit 53-54 or so on all 8 DoH. Or you could do the 50-55 levequests and get 57-59 on all your DoH.

Dont forget the Ixali quests. You can stock up on 12 of them, for 120% of level exp. In addition if your going for exp via gathering/crafting you can use the +40k exp scrolls from GC seals. Altho I dont think it will matter much. Im sure you could just craft a few hundred of 1-2 star items for easy exp as well.
