Mac Version - Specs to be announced at later date

The Mac version releases in two weeks and we still don't know the system specs. I have two Mac wielding friends who would like to play but for obvious reasons don't want to purchase a game that may or may not work on their computers.

Any word on when these will be finalized and posted?

Strange it wouldn't just be the same hardware wise as the Windows version. Not like Mac makes hardware magically work better.

I guess it's the same as Windows as well but maybe they're going to give more details based on the apple marketing. Like "Every Macbook produced after 2013 with at least 1.2 Ghz" as example. I wouldn't expect it though.

Would have loved to have known but unfortunately my macbook fried a month ago so it'll be a while before I can replace it, probably not until next tax time.

Mac ports generally require more than their PC predecessors. Might have something to do with Direct X.

Thanks Madsamurai! I remember I played it with bootcamp on my macbook air, which has some years on his shiny shoulder, the first month and worked fine. So it will run for sure on nearly every younger Mac but well.. Official words are the best.
