Obviously most of the guys are taking the position of people who left the dev team of XIV to work on DQX.

XIV is the perfect fit for a new dev because it's a low responsibility job. The experienced guys can work on a new project this way minimizing risks.

Either way at least they are hiring that can only be a good thing no matter how you look at it.
