Square Enix issues me a warning for 'being inactive' GM help?

Either the OP is hiding some sort of damning details, or is simply asking the wrong questions/speaking to the wrong person.

Do a GM call and figure this stuff out. Complaining about such vague info here is not going to help your side of the argument at all, OP.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will make sure your discussion with a Support Center agent is looked into and reviewed by the Support Center. However, I cannot discuss any possible account actions on the forums due to our privacy policy. If you would like to discuss your concerns with any account action that may have been taken against your account, please submit an in game GM call to discuss the issue with a GM. The GMs, who issue account actions for in game violations, would have the most detailed information that we could share with someone logged into the account in question.

Since we cannot discuss this account action in the public forums, I will be closing this thread.
