    I'm not going to add fuel to the fire here, but guys... there is more to this story. You can't just be banned for being AFK. This customer support representative probably doesn't understand the intricacies of the warning, which is why they aren't giving a better explanation. The GM who issues the warning probably witnessed OP taking actions while flagged as AFK. Whether or not it was OP on the character or not is not my business. Regardless, the thing that bugs me the most about this whole thing? "Know one..."

    thats why i asked where they afked at because they just dont hand out warning like that if thats the case everyone in mor would of got one....

    Yeah, that bothered me, too. English is obviously not that support agent's first language.

    This is the first time I've heard of someone getting a warning for "being afk," its quite possible his account either got hacked or was used by someone else where he lives.
