I beg to differ. GMs are just like police officers. They hold a great deal of power over the average citizen, but they too are human, and as such prone to error. This is the reason that in real life police officers don't directly judge the suspect and give them their final prison sentence. That is, (at least in theory), left to an impartial third party to decide. In this particular instance for example, it could simply be that the GM selected the wrong character to issue the warning to. Without actually reviewing the evidence, it's impossible to judge whether the person in question was deserving of the sentence. Even if the "sentence" in this case is something as minor as a warning, it's still the principle of the matter.....

Maybe you received a warning from something you did when you were playing? Like, someone reported you, it got looked into then a couple days later you got the warning?

Do you ever stand at OP in PvP and do nothing(save for jump once in awhile so you don't get auto-kicked)? AKA leech, which can get you vote kicked by your team for being "AFK".

Can't help but think there is more to this. Not saying the OP is holding anything back but I would call SE and get this sorted out. I find it incredibly hard to believe that you were in trouble for just AFKing.

You're clearly missing the point here. The OP is complaining that they weren't even online during the timeframe that they got in trouble, and that the original message warning them is completely different from the reasons the support line gave them. While I can't speak to the authenticity of the OP's claims, I'm saying that based on the evidence we've been given, jumping to the conclusion that the OP "deserves it" is quite foolish. The GMs aren't perfect, and while I'm not saying that they did make a mistake, I'm simply saying that it's a possibility......

You can't get banned for being afk. I'm regularly afk for periods of over an hour, and so are many people. Something isn't right. There needs to be an official response to this.

There will not be a response, atleast not here. It is a matter between SE and and the OP, and I doubt very much they would discuss it publicly.
