OK, so I've got a few data points up to level 30
lvl 1 - 9 = 0 bonus
lvl 10 = 3 bonus
lvl 15 = 5 bonus
lvl 20 = 8 bonus
lvl 30 = 13 bonus
lvl 50 = 30 bonus

So, lvl 10 to 30 appears to be 3 points at 10, 1 point every 2 levels after. This leaves 17 points over the last 20 levels that need to be distributed. Any EXACT data points that people can share would be appreciated. i.e "I'm lvl x and I have y stat points"
