I've been experiencing this issue after I changed to a newer modem provided by my ISP.

Here's what happens:

Party, FC, and LS chat are delayed. People seem to receive my message as soon as I type it, but I do not receive their message on time. This happens periodically and not all the time. When it happens, I am bombarded with messages all at once, which were typed minutes before I actually received them.

Ex. Dungeon finishes, I type, "Thanks for the run!" and do not get replies until I am out of the dungeon and out of the party.

I have tried using WTFast, and it still does not help.

I would appreciate any kind of help on this. Thank you!
