Unable to participate in Leve's or guildhests

I am unable to participate in any leve's or any guildhests. I have level 50 on multiple jobs. This is a 1.0 character. I created an in game ticket 4991119 and was instructed to come to the forums and create a bug report. When speaking to NPC's they state that I am not strong enough and should get more experience, including the level 10 ones.

Because of this issue, I am stuck in my quest "Hest of the Best". When I pull up the duty finder, the guildhest list is blank.

Have you done the Simply the Hest quest in the region of your starting nation? Think that was the one that unlocks guildhests. IIIRC it ties in with your starter nation's adventurer's guild representative and an outpost like Swiftperch, Bentbranch, or Black Brush.

My starting nation changed from 1.0. I was from Uldah, but now I'm listed as Limsa Lominsa. I did not start in Limsa Lominsa and I'm not sure what changed it.

May want to swing by each nation to check in with the NPC's then...especially if you do not see Simply the Hest completed in your Journal. Here is a link to a page at GamerEscape with links to each nation's version of the quest.

Just to check. I googled Simply the Hest. And visited each npc for each nation.

For, Limsa Lomina. I went to Swygskyf in Swiftperch. He told me the following, "A lonely place, this Swiftperch. That don't mean there ain't work to be done.. just not by the likes of a unbloodied fry like yerself. Till ye've shown ye can hold yer own, I'll entrust the safety of this godforsaken corner of the realm to more capable hands".

For, Ul'dah. I went to Totonowa in Horizon. He told me the following, "You appear eager to serve the realm. This is good! Unfortunately, you do not appear to be of body or mind to serve her that well. This is bad. Whet your blade...or bow, or staff, or whatever may be your weapon of choice on some of the poor creatures crawling about the area and speak to me again when you are ready to take on the world...or at least the world immediately outside the city walls".

For, Gridania. I went to Tierney at Bentbranch. He told me the following, "My records show that you have only recently arrived in the area. I am sorry, but I cannot entrust you with the responsibility of a levequest until you have proven yourself to at least Baderon of the Adventurers' Guild".

So it seems it is not recognizing you as a high enough level. You are using a class atleast level 10 I assume. Does the NPC show a quest marker or a red marker or none? If none, maybe try another class from scratch level it to 10 and see if it unlocks them. Have you ever done any levequests on an of your classes?

There are no marks around them whatsoever. I also did level up a character to 10 just to check it out and they are still unresponsive.

Have you unlocked the guildleves for the zone where the Simply the Hest NPC is? For example, for the Uldah path you need to first have unlocked Leves of Horizon after talking to Eustace in Ul'dah:

Thanks for the tip. The Ul'dah npc wouldn't respond and neither would the Gridania one. The adventurers' guild in Limsa Limonsa was the one. I do still find it odd that my home city changed from 1.0. My issue has been resolved now.
