Macros!

As a healer, I personally use the below macro for all of my dps skills as well as Virus :

/micon "skill"
/ac "skill" <t>
/ac "skill" <f>

With bosses focus targeted, this allow me to both heal and dps without switching targets, the inability to queue dps skills as a healer is a small price to pay compared to pressing T repeatedly to switch between MT and boss.

I like how you think. Add a third line for <tt> and you will have the same macros I use.
