Vote kicking in multi-lingual parties

Had an interesting one today. Was running Tam-tara levelling my Whm. Was with 3 JP players. There was a bit of chatter and I did the usual <Im sorry><I don't speak Japanese>.

There was a little more chatter in JP then all was quiet. Just before the last set of trash mobs prior to the boss a vote kick was initiated for one of the JP players citing harrassment.

With the language barrier I had no idea what was said, and the player appeared to be doing their fair share.

I voted yes to the kick, as in my experience this is a pretty rare event and I do not want to support harrassment. But I could not be sure it had occured due to the language barrier. Anyone else come up against this? How did you handle it? Not sure I did the right thing or not.

The thing we do is to quickly load Google translate and decipher the riddle in broken English.

That is what I would like to do, but I have a bug where if I tab out to windows then return to the game it crashes Not much I can do until I work that one really.
