I preordered Heavensguard and haven't received the preorder code

I preordered the Heavensward Digital Collectors Edition from the European SE store an hour ago and haven't received the preorder code. Are they still sending these? Am I too late?

Have you tried looking in your orders, clicking the View button and then following the instructions from there on the SE store?

There should be a button that says activate product key or something similar on the view page.

There's no button or anything like that. In this forum a mod posted that I'll receive a mail with the preorder code 30 mintues after preordering it, but it has been an hour and no mail.

It will be under your order information on the SE website.

I can't speak for the EU code registration specifically, but in NA you go to your account > your order > there will be a link to your "pre-order" code page > you enter that code into a separate Heavensward pre-order code website > they will email you registration codes for Mog Station when they are available.

It's a long convoluted process lol.

Assuming they send a code out like they do with physical pre orders, log into www.square-enix.com on the account you bought it on. Click 'my profile' on the top right. You should see a 'View your Heavensward early access' button.

I have a code for ARR in the orders page but it's empty for Heavensward. The mod said I should receive a mail with the code (different from the purchase confirmation mail) after 30 minutes but I got nothing. Are they still sending the codes or I am too late at preordering it?

Go to your orders, and hit "View" under Download Page.

Ok I found it, I didn't even read the second part of the instructions the mod posted:

Once these emails are dispatched, you can retrieve your Early Access code(s) any time from your profile page on the Square Enix Store. Log into the site, then click "My Account" in the upper right section of the screen, and select "My Profile" in the drop down window. From this page, you can view your Early Access code(s) by selecting the "View your FFXIV Heavensward early access" button.

Although I never got the mail.
