ya, mine is a visa, but they only take credit cards that issued from japan

Have you tried importer sites? I only know of two off the top of my head (Play Asia and NCSX) but I'm sure there's more that might carry Japanese time cards.

IMO Maybe because he think if you play on JP server you should make JP account.

I don't think there is a paypal option. They took it away and haven't added it back, iirc. Something like that. My life would be way easier if they had added it back :c

They added the option to buy Crysta with Paypal, but I'm not sure if the Japanese side accepts Paypal for it.

This is also really quite bad of SE. Way too many restrictions on players, and that in itself could be ok, but not even being able to change/move things when perfectly justified? I wonder if they realise how alienating this is. :|

Good luck OP, if that's really so, buying the game again and starting over indeed seems to be the only and best option for you.
