Help with hotbar problem

When I logged in today, instead of hotbar 1 there was a Cross Hotbar. it had a singled icon for #1 then then 2 icons on top of each other, they 1 icon again and it repeated all the way across - 1-2-1-2 etc.
I set the defaults and it did not get rid of the cross hotbar. None of the crossbars respond to keyboard touch. Any number or key that I touch sends me to chat. I click away from chat window to get out and then type anything and it sends me back to type.

Any suggestions to get rid of this Cross Hotbar?

Open up your HUD menu and right click the Cross bar to disable it.

Otherwise, you can press K to open up your character menu and go into your hotbar settings to do it that way also.

Also, crossbars aren't supposed to respond to keyboard touch, they're meant for controllers. So that part is working as intended.
