How else do you think people will get the changes and tweaks to the existing content and server that comes with HW as well as preventing there game from crashing or have invisible people the moment an Au Ru or Dark Knight appears on their screen because they don't have the data for it or any of the new content for existing areas on the system. .

You need to buy separate disks at the store as an alternative to downloading the data and to get the code that gives them access to what they downloaded.

Regardless it only locks you out of that content, not out of the game entirely. And if the launcher downloads HW and not psn like my downloads list says then everyone would be locked out of the game right now because the launcher automatically downloads HW for everyone and it's not available yet. This is honestly besides the point. I don't have heavensward downloaded or installed. I can see it queued to install on the 23rd and not in my recent downloads list at all. I'm looking at it now.
Thank you for trying to help but I don't think I'm gonna get anywhere until I hear from others that have downloaded the bundle as well and see if it's the same for everyone or if it's just me. You could very well be right but until I hear from others in the same situation, it's just speculation
