    I should be able to play the regular ARR game since that is seperate and the add on for heavensward even has a count down to when that will be available. If i can't even play ARR it must be an issue and not intentional. Was that officially stated somewhere?
    I am able to start the game, it just gives a maintenance error right after checking for version before I can log in

    It's the same as anyone who purchases the physical bundle. Just because it's digital doesn't give it any special allowances.

    If you look on the store page it even says
    "Play on 06-23-2015, Midnight Eastern Time."

    makes no mention of any exception for the ARR part of the bundle. For the purpose of this bundle ARR and HW aren't separate products.
