    Jumbo Cactpot Ticket Vanished

    So.. I know I got a Jumbo Cactpot ticket for this week.. yet I go to turn it in and the NPC says I haven't gotten one for this weeks drawing.

    I know I got one because it was on my main character and I always make sure to get one and this is the second time this has happened that my Jumbo Cacktpot Ticket disappeared on me as though I'd never purchased one. Heck I even checked earlier when I was on this morning and I saw I had a ticket.. yet come the time I actually want to turn it in, it's gone. I DID NOT server transfer; I've been on Balmung for a long time now with no transfers in recent history.

    I know other people have had this issue, please fix this SE.

    Edit: I'm a little furious.. because my Ticket number would have won 3rd prize.. How do I know this? I use the same number on another character as I do my main.

    This just happened to me. I checked my numbers (window was still open showing my numbers), then talked to the cashier, yet she said:

    "Cactpot Cashier: I am terribly sorry, miss, but you can no longer claim prizes for that ticket. Allow me to take it off your hands, and offer my condolences for your missed fortune."

    Had this happen to me a couple of times. I checked my ticked just before numbers rolled, right after went to get my consolation prize and Cashier said that I got no ticket. Reported it in game, but did not get any response FC member lost their ticket next week too.

    This means you were holding on to a ticket too long. It doesn't have anything to do with what I'm experiencing. D: You must turn in a ticket for the week you purchased it or else it becomes invalid and you will get the message you listed above.

    It was the ticket for the current week.

    And I also experienced what you posted about disappearing tickets. I know I bought one on my alt, but then the NPC said I didn't purchase one when I went to pick up the consolation prize.

    this makes total sense.. this morning I went to turn it in and said i didnt have a ticket.. but i could ahvge sworn i bought one like I always do.. thought i was going crazy!

    This happened to me a few weeks ago. I specifically checked I had bought my ticket, but once the draw happened I went straight to the cashier and was told I didn't have one. It was bizarre.
