Character Height of Female Miqo'te and Au Ra

I'd really like to make a character at my height (5'9"), but the only way I could do that with a girl character is if I made an Elezen or Roegadyn. I really like the cute approach of the Miqo'te and Au Ra, but their max height is way shorter than mine! Is there any hope of the female height with Au Ra being increased, or should I just settle for the max Au Ra height when Heavensward is released?

I like to make my characters similar to myself too, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Even if Square wanted to (and there are reasons why they might not, like keeping each race more visually distinct from one another. The Au'ra's height is even discussed in their lore), I don't think its a change that has enough demand.

Make a highlander! They're tall.

The female highlander is minimum of 5'8" I think.

Agreed, honestly considering how tall male Au Ra can get I really wish I could make my girl Au Ra just as tall >_> Or at least kind of tall instead of the 5'3 we've got. I'd totally pay for a fantasia to make one of my alts 5'7 and my Au Ra would be so great at higher 6' range. But.. SE won't be doing it I'm sure.

Max Au Ra should be 5'2 and min should be 4'9.
They are like an inch shorter than Miqote girls by the scale.

As a Tall woman in rl. [Sadly....5'6 nearly 5'7] I like to make my character cute and dainty. I also use the smallest boob size
and if you max the boob size on Au Ra it looks weird as hell...way more out of proportion than Miqote's.

There was a few comparison charts floating around, but for the life of me I can't find them now.

First is min height min chest.
Second is max height max chest.

Posted in the Au Ra character creation thread a few hours after the Benchmark came out. The height difference is pretty noticeable from max to max.

Noticeable or not, it's still laughably small.. I wish the two races' girls weren't so short, or at least had the option to be tall.

This is what happens when you're designed by people whose countrywomen really ARE closer to the Au Ra and Miqo'te height scale than the hyur and other races.
When the Au Ra were announced, I even noticed that both genders are the "Japanese ideal" so much it was almost funny.
