Can we race change during Early Access?

So I'm sorry if this was mentioned already but I can't seem to find any info on it. If we have a fantasia ready for the Early Access, can we use it to change into an Au Ra before the official release or do we have to wait?

Pretty sure since AuRa are available to be made via Character Creator during Early access, that being able to fantasia into one is do able. But from the sounds of it you'll want to buy a fantasia ahead of time, since we aren't supposedly getting our collectors items until the 23rd, correct me if I'm wrong.

Early access is what it sound like. You'll have access to all the features of the official release but early.
Don't see why you couldn't roll Au'ra then.

Early access is not a trial. You paid for it. You will get all the same things as the actual release, with the added bonus of more bugs and server problems.

all items (pre-order and CE) all come when the game officially launches.

let me see if i can get the official source (cause they said it)

The pre-order in-game items, Baron Circlet, Baron Earrings and Chocobo Chick Courier, will be added to your account at the official launch of the game on June 23rd, 2015.

Items will be distributed to users who have registered their pre-order bonus codes via in-game Mog Letter starting Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 1:00 a.m. (PDT).

The above suggests that the servers will come down before early access and everyone will have the updated HW client but only those with the early access key will be able to level to 60, do the new quests, new jobs, and make a new Au Ra before launch.

Would make sense to do so because it will be the full game at that point. If not then I'll be one sad gamer because I've worked so hard on an Au Ra character to change to.
