Where can I unlock the Extreme Primal's please?

Hi again,

I've just completed the main story mode and would like to look at some of the extreme primal's soon. The only one I have unlocked is The Howling Eye (extreme) and have just read that some changes were made to the primal's being unlocked? This is only my third day back in the game, so I'm not sure how which changes have been made.

Is there a list of the quests knocking around to unlock the extreme versions?

The Extreme Primals tend to be locked behind each other, so you will need to complete Garuda (The Howling Eye) Extreme to advance.
Here is a very quick google of the NPC locations to unlock the quests for Extremes.

Primal Nature 50 The Waking Sands (X:6 Y:6)

Gale-force Warning 50 New Gridania (X:9 Y:11)
NPC: Vorsaile Heuloix

Quake Me Up Before You O'Ghomoro 50 The Waking Sands (X:6 Y:6)

Ifrit Ain't Broke 50 The Waking Sands (X:6 Y:6)
NPC: Urianger

To Tussle with Gods 50 The Waking Sands (X:6 Y:6)
NPC: Urianger

Primal Focus 50 Mor Dhona (X:22 Y:6)
NPC: Laraina

Beat Garuda EX, talk to Urianger to unlock Titan EX, beat Titz EX, talk to Urianger to unlock Ifrit EX.

If you have unlocked Mog HM and Leviathan HM through the story, you can also talk to Urianger to unlock these EX battles.
After you beat Leviathan EX, Mog EX and have beat the story mode Ramuh HM, talk to Urianger to unlock Ramuh EX.
After you beat Ramuh EX and have beat the story mode Shiva HM, talk to Urianger to unlock Shiva EX.

Also remember you actually have to BEAT the primals before you can unlock the next one
The only exceptions are Mog and Levi, which can be done at the same time and in any order, but are both needed to unlock Ramuh.
BTW: Titan, Mog, and Ramuh are probably the hardest ones right now >_<
