Level appropriate doesn't necessarily mean still sitting at the minimum ilevel requirement. o.O

If you are over the minimum level, you have outleveled it. Why would the make the difficulty for someone ilvl 110 if the dungeon opens at ilvl 95?

Tome gear would have been well above those dungeons. That isn't what I was saying. Maybe we differ on what qualifies as over geared but that response doesn't refute what I said. I just ran this stuff with a group near minimum item level. They really aren't as easy as people try claiming. They are easy, if you do them right. They aren't just faceroll with no thought unless you have done them a lot or are overgeared. The difficulty is tuned for exactly what it should be, new player(to the dungeon) in minimum ilvl gear.
