Still Cannot Do Digital PreOrder?

I'm on PS4 and NA, just want to get my digital preorder done, but cannot find an option for it on the PS Store. Under the HW Collectors Edition which is the one I want digitally, it just says tell me more and says it isn't available for purchase. Am I looking in the wrong spot or is something else wrong?

If your in the EU areas it comes out the same day when early access starts.

Well mine/my wifes just shows the countdown running. But its definitely there for purchase, maybe restart/relog?

This was a big issue on the first day that it was up on PSN, though by and large it seems to have been fixed. I'm not sure what to suggest beyond what Sartori says.

I had that issue as well what I did was go in to search type in final fantasy scroll down to ff14 heavens ward whichever edition you want and click on it when I did that it gave me go option to pre order

I tries to sign out and back in, still gives me the tell me more and not available option for the HW standard and CE. It says I can PreOrder the bundle of regular and HW though. So is my account screwed then? I don't get it.

It looks like it is telling me I don't even have the regular version of 14, still telling me I have the option to buy it. Even though I have it installed and have been playing since launch.
