Heavensward and PayPal

I pre-ordered Heavensward the second week it was out and selected paypal to pay for it. I was not charged initially. I would be charged when it shipped but I had receipts and confirmation emails. I followed the instructions as they came in, I went to the heavensward page and registered the Code for the pre-preorder, and later on I got a preorder code to put in my Mog station (All for a PC account) and i went on, found the "Add a preorder code" button on my account. I entered the codes I had.

Recently I noticed that people had been saying they have been charged, I waited a week and I still wasnt charged. I checked the Square-Enix Online Store (where i purchased it through) and there was nothing in my orders. I still had the initial receipt with the purchase order number so i contacted support. They just messaged me back saying my order was indeed canceled.

Just a few hours ago, I went and repurchased, the charge has gone through, I got my codes, followed the same steps again but when I get to my Mog station, there is not option to add a preorder code. Am I doing something wrong? Is this option gone now because I already entered a code (that is now defunct)? who do I need to contact to get my preorder code to attach to my account.
